The leaving date starts the reverse direction: access is revoked on the cut-off date, licences are released, forwarding is set up, hardware return and handover tasks are scheduled. At the end there is a record proving that nothing was left open.

Nein, in den meisten KMU reicht die vorhandene Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit Power Automate, Planner und SharePoint aus. Wenn Sie bereits eine Personalsoftware wie Personio einsetzen, nutzen wir sie als Auslöser und bauen die Kette dahinter. Neue Software kaufen Sie nur, wenn wirklich etwas fehlt.

Was kostet es, das Onboarding zu automatisieren?

Ja, und das ist oft der wichtigere Teil, weil offene Zugänge nach dem Austritt ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko sind. Das Austrittsdatum löst automatisch das Entziehen von Zugängen, die Freigabe von Lizenzen und die Hardware-Rückgabe aus. Am Ende dokumentiert ein Protokoll, dass alle Schritte erledigt wurden.

Wie sicher sind die Personaldaten in einem automatisierten Onboarding?

Die Kette läuft in Ihrer eigenen Microsoft-365-Umgebung oder auf Wunsch mit selbst gehostetem n8n auf deutschen Servern, Personaldaten wandern nicht an fremde Dienste. Zugriffe regeln wir über Berechtigungen, sodass Gehaltsdaten nicht bei der IT und Ticketdaten nicht bei HR landen. Jeder Schritt ist nachvollziehbar protokolliert.
