Microsoft 365 Copilot
The assistant right inside Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel. Summarizes, drafts and analyzes on your M365 data.
- Embedded in the apps your team uses every day
- Accesses your content in M365, not outside
From the passive assistant to the active agent, right inside your existing M365 environment. The data never leaves your tenant, GDPR- and EU-compliant.

The license is running, the knowledge sits in SharePoint and Teams, yet Copilot is barely used. Instead, people search, ask and explain things twice.
Copilot is not a single product. We position the three building blocks and choose the right one for your case, often combined.
The assistant right inside Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel. Summarizes, drafts and analyzes on your M365 data.
The environment for building your own agents. Connect knowledge sources, define processes, roll out in your tenant.
The active agent for a specific purpose. Answers questions or completes tasks, integrated into Teams and more.
From the assistant in the Office apps to your own agent on your knowledge. We start where the leverage is greatest.
Copilot summarizes meetings, captures action items and delivers the minutes, with no note-taking.
Saving 2–3 h per weekThe inbox is sorted and summarized, drafts appear at the press of a button, the important things first.
Saving 2–4 h per weekAnalyses, trends and charts appear by asking in plain language, instead of wrestling with formulas.
Saving 1–3 h per weekFirst drafts for reports and proposals based on your templates and content, in minutes instead of hours.
Saving 1–2 h per documentAn agent on your SharePoint knowledge that answers employee questions about policies and processes instantly.
Response time seconds instead of searchingAn agent takes IT tickets in Teams, handles standard cases itself and forwards the rest with priority.
Relief fewer first contactsWe build your Copilot Studio agent step by step in your tenant. A first agent is usually in production within 3 to 5 weeks.
We define the agent's purpose and the questions it should answer reliably.
We set up the agent in Copilot Studio, with topics, processes and guardrails.
We connect SharePoint, files and other sources so the agent can access your knowledge.
We review the answers together and roll the agent out in Teams and your M365 environment.
Copilot builds on your Microsoft licenses. We clarify concretely against your tenant what is needed, and start with a manageable pilot.
Which license tier you really need is something we clarify concretely against your tenant. Clarify in the initial analysis
When an agent needs to do more than Copilot Studio covers, we build it independently. Your own AI agents, integrated into your systems, even outside the Microsoft world.
In 60 minutes we look at your licenses and workflows and show concretely where Microsoft Copilot has the biggest leverage. No obligation.
Microsoft Copilot is the AI that works directly inside your Microsoft world. In Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, Microsoft 365 Copilot acts as an assistant that summarises, drafts, and analyses. With Copilot Studio you can also build your own agents that take on concrete tasks based on your knowledge. The passive assistant becomes an active agent running within your existing environment.
Copilot builds on your existing Microsoft 365 licences. For the assistant in the Office apps, the Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on is added; for custom agents you also need Copilot Studio Capacity. The right tier depends on your use cases. We assess this specifically against your tenant and usually recommend a manageable pilot before you roll out broadly. We will give you exact pricing on request.
Yes. Copilot operates within your Microsoft 365 environment, and your data does not leave the tenant. It only accesses content that your users already have permission to see, and respects your existing access rights. The operation is GDPR- and EU-compliant. We set it up so that your governance remains intact and nothing flows outside your control.
With Copilot Studio we build agents for a specific purpose. A SharePoint agent, for example, answers employee questions about policies and procedures directly from your knowledge base; a helpdesk agent receives IT tickets in Teams and resolves standard cases on its own. We connect the right knowledge sources, define workflows and guardrails, and deploy the agent where your team already works.
You need an existing Microsoft 365 environment with Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint as a foundation. It also helps if your knowledge is reasonably organised in SharePoint, as a good agent thrives on that. We handle the rest: we review your licences, clarify the necessary permissions, and set up Copilot and the agents in your tenant.
