The problem

You pay for Microsoft 365 but use only a fraction of it.

The licences are there, yet workflows still run through Excel and email, and Copilot sits idle. The potential is locked in your tenant and isn't being unlocked.

  • 01Approvals and requests flow via email instead of in a workflow.
  • 02Data lives in scattered Excel lists with versioning chaos.
  • 03Copilot is licensed but barely anyone uses it day to day.
  • 04External software is purchased for every minor specialist application.

Frequently asked questions
05

What IT decision-makers often ask.

We have Copilot, but hardly anyone uses it. What's the point?

That is the most common situation. We show your team concrete use cases for their daily work and, where needed, build custom Copilot agents on your own knowledge base. This turns a paid licence into real relief.

What does the Power Platform cost on top of Microsoft 365?

Much of it is already included in common Microsoft 365 plans. Where a premium licence is required, we say so upfront and check whether the benefit genuinely justifies the cost.

Do our data stay within our tenant?

Yes. Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages and Copilot Studio run within your Microsoft tenant and your governance framework. Your data do not leave your environment.

Doesn't this lead to shadow IT and uncontrolled sprawl?

Only without guardrails. We set up governance policies so that apps and flows are built in a controlled way, remain properly documented and maintainable, rather than growing unchecked.

Does this lock us in completely to Microsoft?

You are using what you have already licensed. We rely on open interfaces wherever possible and document everything so that you own the solutions and data. An honest assessment of dependency is always part of our work.
