What IT managers often ask.
Do we need additional licenses for the automation?
Often not. Many processes run with the Power Automate rights included in Microsoft 365 plans. Premium connectors or unattended flows cost extra. We first check what your existing licenses already allow.
Our SharePoint workflows were shut down. What now?
Microsoft permanently shut down the SharePoint 2013 workflow engine in April 2026. The standard path is migration to Power Automate. This is also the opportunity to clean up legacy baggage instead of copying it one to one.
Can our employees maintain the processes themselves later?
Yes, that is explicitly the goal. We build in a traceable way, document, and hand over. Anyone who wants to can help build the first process and learn from their own case. You retain control, not us.
Do our data stay within the Microsoft tenant?
Yes. The automation runs in your own Microsoft 365 tenant with your permissions. No content flows to third parties, and the existing access rights to SharePoint and Teams continue to apply.
