Microsoft 365 · SharePoint · Teams

Automate Microsoft 365 instead of just paying for it.

You already have the licences. We make sure approvals, deadlines and routine tasks in SharePoint, Teams and Outlook run on their own, in your tenant.

The problem

The most expensive software is the one that only serves as a filing cabinet.

In most companies, Microsoft 365 is a better file server with video calling. The processes around it still run by email, word of mouth and Excel list.

  • 01Approvals travel through the company as email ping-pong.
  • 02SharePoint is full of files, but no one can find anything.
  • 03Contract and quote deadlines sit in an Excel list.
  • 04Since the 2013 workflow engine was retired, old processes lie idle.
Use cases
01

What we automate in Microsoft 365.

Everything runs with your permissions in your tenant. No extra system, no data leakage.

01

Approvals & sign-offs

Leave, invoices, quotes or documents are approved in Teams, with a deputy rule and audit trail instead of an email chain.

Saving 2–4 h per week
02

Document control in SharePoint

New documents automatically get metadata, land in the right folder and go through their review steps.

Saving 2–3 h per week
03

Deadline and contract monitoring

Notice periods, certificates, maintenance dates: SharePoint reminds the right person in time, on its own.

Impact no missed deadline
04

Onboarding & checklists

New employee, new customer, new project: task packages, folders and access rights are created automatically from a template.

Saving 1–2 h per case
05

Notifications from other systems

Orders, faults or applications arrive as a clean card in the right Teams channel instead of a shared mailbox.

Impact nothing slips through
Tools

Built-in tools first, a special solution when needed.

We start with what is already in your licences and only extend where it pays off.

The standard route
Power Automate

Workflows between SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and hundreds of services. Successor to the retired SharePoint workflow engine.

Your own apps
Power Apps

When a form or a small app is missing: capture on site, checklists, requests. Directly on your SharePoint data.

AI in the tenant
Microsoft Copilot

Copilot agents answer questions from your documents and pitch in within Teams, without data ever leaving the house.

How we work

The 30-day model.

One clearly scoped first process, at a fixed price, live in about 30 days.

1

Stocktaking

We look at which processes run alongside M365 and choose the one with the greatest leverage.

2

Implementation

We build the process with built-in tools in your tenant, test it with real cases and document it clearly.

3

Handover & enablement

Your team learns to operate and adapt the process. On request, your people build along right from the next one.

4

Expansion

The first process carries the next one: what proves itself is transferred step by step to further processes.

Thinking bigger

When M365 is only the beginning.

Some processes need more than built-in tools: connecting to industry software, AI agents or systems without an interface. We have the right tools for that too.

Frequently asked questions
05

What IT managers often ask.

Brauchen wir zusätzliche Lizenzen für die Automatisierung?

Oft nicht. Viele Abläufe laufen mit den Power-Automate-Rechten, die in Microsoft-365-Plänen enthalten sind. Premium-Konnektoren oder unbeaufsichtigte Abläufe kosten extra. Wir prüfen zuerst, was Ihre vorhandenen Lizenzen hergeben.

Unsere SharePoint-Workflows wurden abgeschaltet. Was jetzt?
