Ich habe Herrn Glowik bei einem IHK-Treffen kennenlernen dürfen, und wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr gut verstanden. Digital employees are automated workflows and AI agents that independently handle recurring tasks: from capturing receipts to answering standard enquiries. Your team stays in control, while the routine runs in the background.

Which companies benefit from automation?

Primarily small and medium-sized businesses with recurring, rule-based processes — for example in administration, accounting, order processing, or customer service. Even a single process that eats up time every day often pays for itself quickly.

How long does the implementation take?

Following our 30-day model, the first productive workflow is typically live within 30 days: from the initial assessment through implementation to training. Including the testing phase, a pilot is fully live within 5 to 6 weeks.

Does our data stay in Germany?

Yes. We work in a GDPR-compliant manner, optionally self-hosted on German servers and within your own tenant. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
