Automation · Reporting

Your reports create themselves.

Automating reporting means: figures from ERP, accounting, web shop and time tracking are pulled together, prepared and distributed as a report or dashboard, without any manual work. On request with an AI summary in plain language, not just a column of numbers. Your systems stay as they are, only the copying goes away.

The problem

Every Monday someone builds the same report by hand.

The figures have existed for a while, they just sit in three different systems. So someone copies them into an Excel sheet, formats a presentation and hopes no typo has crept in.

  • 01Figures from ERP, accounting and web shop are copied together into Excel by hand, week after week.
  • 02The report is finished when the figures are already out of date: Monday midday instead of Monday morning.
  • 03A swapped filter or a shifted row only shows up when management does the math.
  • 04If that one person is sick or on holiday, there simply is no report this week.
Use cases
01

Which reports we create automatically.

Five reporting workflows we build again and again for SMEs. Your systems stay, only the copying goes away.

01

Weekly report for management

Revenue, open items, incoming orders and utilisation come together automatically from ERP and accounting. Monday morning the finished report is in your inbox or Teams channel, before the first meeting begins.

Savings 2–4 h per week
02

Revenue and sales report from several sources

Web shop, POS system and CRM rarely speak the same language. We pull the sales figures together automatically, convert them into a single format and show revenue by channel, product and region in one overview.

Impact One set of figures instead of three truths
03

Project and hours analysis from time tracking

Booked hours per project, remaining budget and follow-up costing come automatically from time tracking, without anyone clicking together exports. Projects running over budget become visible weekly instead of only at the final invoice.

Impact Budget overruns visible sooner
04

Liquidity and receivables overview

Account balances, open invoices and due liabilities from accounting are prepared automatically into a financial overview. Each week you see what is coming in, what is going out and which customers you should send reminders to.

Savings 1–2 h per week
05

AI summary in plain language

In addition to tables and charts, an AI sums up the week in a few sentences: what went up, what went down, where it is stuck. The figures behind it stay visible, every statement can be checked.

Tools

What we use to automate your reporting.

Which tool fits depends on your systems: a company that lives in Microsoft 365 works differently from one with a web shop and industry-specific software. We only commit after the analysis.

Data hub
n8n

Connects ERP, accounting, web shop and time tracking through interfaces and pulls the figures together on schedule. Runs on request on a server in Germany, your data stays with you.

Microsoft world
Power Platform

If your data already sits in Microsoft 365, Dynamics or SQL, we build the reporting with Power Automate and Power BI: automatic data flows, dashboards and distribution straight to Teams.

Plain-language layer
Microsoft Copilot

Copilot turns the prepared figures into a summary in understandable sentences and answers follow-up questions about the report directly in Teams. It does not replace the figures, it translates them.

How we work

In 30 days from copy-paste to the automatic report.

We work at a fixed price instead of an open timesheet. After the initial analysis you know what it costs before we start.

1

Initial analysis (free)

In 60 minutes we look at your reporting flow today: which systems, which figures, who copies what to where. Afterwards both sides know whether the automation is worthwhile.

2

Concept and fixed price

We define data sources, key figures and recipients and honestly check the data quality. You get a proposal with a fixed price and a fixed scope.

3

Implementation and test run

We build the data flows and the report and let it run in parallel with the manual report for a few weeks. Only once both sets of figures match do we switch over.

4

Handover with control

You get documentation, a briefing and an audit trail: for every key figure it is traceable which system it comes from. You keep control, and on request we stay on as support.

More than reports

Reporting is often just the start.

Anyone who automates reports usually finds even more manual work: typing up invoices, transferring orders, maintaining data between systems. On the overview page for process automation you can see what else can be taken off your plate.

Free initial analysis

How many hours does your reporting cost you per month?

In the free initial analysis we work it out together: 60 minutes, no obligation, with an honest assessment of whether the automation pays off for your systems.

  • Fixed price instead of an open timesheet
  • Data stays in your systems, hosted in Germany on request
  • Every key figure traceable back to its source
Frequent questions
05

What decision-makers often ask about automated reporting.
