Invoice Approval via Teams
Incoming invoices are posted directly into Teams for approval and forwarded once confirmed.
Time saved ≈ 4 h per weekWe build your approvals, requests and routine processes as reliable Power Automate workflows — deeply integrated with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook. On your existing M365 licence, and your data stays in your tenant.

Approvals, requests and reports are stuck in inboxes and scattered lists. It is slow, error-prone and nobody can see the status. Power Automate has been included in your licence all along, but remains unused.
Six processes almost every team knows. We start where the impact is greatest — on your existing M365 licence.

Predictable and at a fixed price. After the first month, the first workflow is running productively in your tenant.
We review your licences and processes and identify the workflow with the greatest impact.
We build the first workflow in your tenant and test it on real cases.
The workflow goes into production, your team is briefed and takes over day-to-day operations.
SLA-backed operations with monitoring and governance guardrails against shadow IT.
After go-live, everything keeps running — including guardrails against sprawl. Fixed price instead of hourly rate.
Stable operations for clearly scoped workflows.
For workflows that are critical to day-to-day operations.
Maximum availability for business-critical processes.
Once the workflows are running, a clean input interface is often still missing. With Power Apps we give your automation a front end your team will enjoy using.
In 60 minutes we review your licences and processes, and show you concretely where Power Automate will have the greatest impact. No obligation.
The price is determined by the scope of the workflow, not by an hourly rate. We work in fixed-price packages aligned with the 30-day model, so you know what the first production-ready solution will cost before you start. A clearly scoped approval or request workflow is significantly cheaper than a multi-step approval chain with several system integrations. In the free initial analysis we look at your specific case and give you a binding fixed price.
That depends on your system landscape, not on the tool alone. Power Automate plays to its strengths when you work within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, because it integrates deeply with Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook and is often already included in your licence. n8n is a better fit if you want to stay independent of Microsoft, connect freely via open interfaces, or self-host on your own servers. We are tool-agnostic and recommend whatever suits your landscape and data sovereignty.
In many cases, no. Power Automate is already included in numerous Microsoft 365 plans, so for straightforward workflows you often do not need an additional licence. An extended licence only becomes necessary for premium connectors to certain third-party systems or for very high volumes. During the initial analysis we check what your existing licence already covers and clarify the actual requirements against your tenant before any costs arise.
We work to a 30-day model, so the first workflow is live in your tenant within the first month. After the discovery phase, a pilot is run on real cases, then the solution goes live and your team is trained. Simple approval or request workflows are ready sooner; more extensive approval chains with multiple system integrations take correspondingly longer.
Yes. Power Automate comes with a broad range of connectors, both for the Microsoft ecosystem such as Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook, and for many third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, or common cloud services. For systems without a ready-made connector, interfaces can be connected via webhooks or open APIs, and where no interface exists at all, we combine it with RPA tools such as UiPath if needed.
