Basics

What are "digital employees"?

Digital employees are automated workflows and AI agents that independently handle recurring tasks: from capturing receipts to answering standard enquiries. Your team stays in control, while the routine runs in the background.

Does automation replace my employees?

No. We build digital employees for the routine work, so your team gains time for tasks that require judgement. The decision remains with you; we set clear boundaries and an approval step where it counts.

Which companies benefit from automation?

Primarily small and medium-sized businesses with recurring, rule-based processes — for example in administration, accounting, order processing, or customer service. Even a single process that eats up time every day often pays for itself quickly.

We don't have our own IT department. Will it still work?

Yes. We handle setup, operations, and maintenance, and we train your team for day-to-day use. You don't need your own IT department — just one internal point of contact who knows the workflows.

Costs & funding

What does a project cost?

We work with fixed-price packages rather than hourly rates, so the investment stays predictable. We give you the specific price after the free initial analysis, once the scope and systems are clear.

When does automation pay off?

Our clients save an average of 26 hours of routine work per week. Use our ROI calculator to work out your own figures in two minutes — based on effort, hourly rate, and case volume.

Data protection & control

Does our data stay in Germany?

Yes. We work in a GDPR-compliant manner, optionally self-hosted on German servers and within your own tenant. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Do we stay in control of the AI?

Yes. Every step is traceable, with defined boundaries and a human in the approval loop where it counts. AI agents respond exclusively on the basis of your approved knowledge.

What does the EU AI Act mean for us?

For most mid-sized businesses, it primarily means documentation and transparency obligations. We prepare you for this as part of the AI consulting: inventory, risk classification, and governance — pragmatically, not as a paper exercise.

Technology

Which tools do you work with?

Tool-agnostically with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), n8n and UiPath. The choice depends on your use case and existing landscape, not on a licensing model.

Does this lock us in to a single tool?

No. We work tool-agnostically with Power Automate, n8n and UiPath. We choose the technology based on your use case, not on a licensing model. No vendor lock-in.

Can our ERP, DATEV or SAP be integrated?

Yes, provided an API or interface is available. SAP offers REST APIs via BTP, and DATEV provides APIs for accounting and payroll. During the initial analysis we check how the connection can be established.

We work entirely in Microsoft 365. What fits us?

Then the Microsoft Power Platform is usually the first choice: deep integration with Teams, SharePoint and Outlook, plus Copilot agents built on your shared knowledge, directly in the environment you already know.

Process & operations

How long does the implementation take?

Following our 30-day model, the first productive workflow is typically live within 30 days: from the initial assessment through implementation to training. Including the testing phase, a pilot is fully live within 5 to 6 weeks.

How does the free initial analysis work?

60 minutes, no commitment and no preparation required on your part. We review your workflows and show you concretely which process is worth tackling first. An honest assessment, not a sales pitch.

What happens after go-live?

SLA-backed operations in Bronze, Silver, or Gold, with clearly defined response times. We monitor the workflows, roll out updates, and continue developing them.

What happens if we end the engagement?

All flows and documentation remain accessible in your tenant. You receive a structured handover, and another provider can step in at any time. You are never locked in.
