Where does our data go when an AI agent accesses it?

Your data stays in your environment. We build agents preferably self-hosted — for example with n8n — or directly in your Microsoft tenant, so no content is shared for training purposes. You decide what the agent is allowed to see.

What if the agent makes something up?

Our agents respond based on your own documents and always cite the source. Where an answer is not substantiated, the agent says so rather than guessing, and escalates the case to a human.

Does an AI agent replace our employees?

No. An agent takes over recurring tasks such as looking things up, pre-sorting, and preparing drafts. Decisions remain with your team. This way your people gain time for the work they are actually there to do.

Are we locked in to n8n or any particular vendor?

No. We rely on open standards and document everything cleanly. You own the workflows and can take over operations yourself or switch vendors without starting from scratch.

Who operates the agent after the project?

The choice is yours. If you prefer, we take over operations with defined response times, or your team runs it independently after a handover session. In either case, everything remains fully transparent.
