What managing directors often ask.
What does it cost to hire an AI agency?
The Agent Sprint for one agent in five days costs €5,000 net, as a fixed price. This includes scoping, building it in your environment, testing with your test questions, and the handover. For more than one agent or multiple systems, you get a separate fixed-price quote, calculated at our daily rate of €1,000 net.
Microsoft licenses and credits are not included. For on-site appointments, travel costs and expenses are added, which we will state in advance. The initial consultation takes 30 minutes and costs nothing.
What does an AI agency do differently from an IT service provider?
Your IT service provider keeps servers, workstations and licenses running. We build an agent on top of these systems that takes over a specific task. The larger part of the work is actually substantive: together with your specialist department, we clarify which questions the agent should answer, where its boundaries lie, and when it hands over to a human.
We're happy to work together with your IT team. They continue to manage permissions and access themselves.
Where does our data go when an AI agent accesses it?
Your data stays in your environment. We prefer to build agents self-hosted, for example with n8n, or directly in your Microsoft tenant, so that no content is passed on for training. You decide what the agent is allowed to see.
What if the agent makes something up?
Our agents answer based on your own documents and cite the source. Where an answer isn't backed up, the agent says so instead of guessing, and hands the case over to a human.
Does an AI agent replace our employees?
No. An agent takes over recurring work such as looking things up, pre-sorting and preparing drafts. The decision stays with your team. This way, your people gain time for what they're actually there for.
Are we dependent on n8n or a particular vendor?
No. We rely on open standards and document everything thoroughly. You own the workflows and can take over operations yourself or switch providers without starting from zero.
Who operates the agent after the project?
It's your choice. If you wish, we take over operations with fixed response times, or your team runs it themselves after a briefing. Either way, everything stays traceable.
