n8n links mailbox, portals, TMS and accounting into end-to-end paths: order in, status out, document assigned. On request it runs on a server in Germany, so your shipment data stays in-house.

Robotics
UiPath for portals without an interface

When a freight exchange or shipper portal has no API, a UiPath robot operates the interface like a human: log in, read out, transfer. That way we also automate legacy systems that would otherwise block progress.

AI telephony for the status hotline

An AI phone assistant takes status and appointment requests, reads out the shipment status and only passes on genuine matters to dispatch. The line runs around the clock, even when no one is at their desk.

Do we have to switch our TMS for this?

No, you don't have to switch your transport management system for this. It remains the leading source, we dock the automation onto it from the outside and connect mailbox, portals, TMS and accounting. Instead of forcing a new system on you, your dispatch team's familiar workplace is preserved.

Can orders also be captured automatically via email and PDF?

Yes, that is exactly a core use case. We read transport orders from emails, PDF attachments and portals, and transfer sender, recipient, dates and loading data into the TMS in a structured way. Your dispatch team only has to check, instead of typing out every line.

How do automatic status notifications reduce calls?

Customers get the status change before they even pick up the phone. As soon as the shipment status changes, a notification goes out automatically: picked up, out for delivery, delivered. In practice, this eliminates 20 to 40 ‘where is my shipment?’ calls per day.

Do our drivers have to learn new technology?

No, we deliberately don't overload the drivers with technology. Documents such as CMR or POD can be captured with a simple photo, the automation handles the rest in the background. The effort stays with administration, not on the road.

Where are our shipment and customer data stored?

On request, entirely in Germany, self-hosted on your own server. Automation with n8n can be operated so that your shipment and customer data never leave the building. This is an advantage especially for shipper contracts with data protection requirements.
