Die Lösung läuft in Ihrer Umgebung, auf Wunsch self-hosted, Datenhoheit ist bei uns Ausgangspunkt und nicht Nachgedanke. Kann NordFlux den beA-Posteingang verarbeiten?

Ja, wir binden beA-Nachrichten neben Papierpost und E-Mail in eine gemeinsame Eingangsstrecke ein. Dokumente werden erkannt, nach Aktenzeichen zugeordnet und zur Bestätigung vorgelegt. Zugeordnet wird erst, wenn das Sekretariat den Vorschlag prüft.

Muss ich meine Kanzleisoftware wechseln?

Nein. Wir verbinden, was Sie haben, statt es zu ersetzen. Die Automatisierung dockt an Ihre Aktenverwaltung und Ihr Microsoft 365 an, damit Sie in der vertrauten Oberfläche bleiben.
