Microsoft Power Platform · Power Apps

Business apps without classic development.

Low-code apps on your existing data, built in your M365 tenant. No software island, no expensive custom development, the data stays with you.

Technology & partnership

Every technology with the right partnership.

The problem

Excel sprawl, isolated solutions and expensive custom software.

For every small specialized task, a new Excel list is created or software is bought. Both grow out of control, no one maintains the data centrally, and custom development blows the budget.

  • 01Specialized processes run over scattered Excel lists with version chaos.
  • 02For every individual case, a separate isolated solution is purchased.
  • 03Custom software is expensive to develop and maintain.
  • 04Data is scattered, instead of central in your own tenant.
The app types
01

Three paths to your own business app.

Which app type fits depends on your use case. We choose it together, often combined with the logic in the background.

Pixel-perfect interface

Canvas app

A freely designed interface for clearly defined tasks, ideal for mobile capture and field service. You determine every detail of the screen.

  • Usable on mobile and desktop
  • Capture photos, signature and GPS directly
  • Quickly built as a prototype
Data-driven

Model-driven app

A structured application on a clean data model, when processes, relationships and roles get more complex. Structure and logic follow your data.

  • For extensive specialized processes
  • Roles and permissions cleanly mapped
  • Grows with your requirements
Portal variant

Power Pages

An external portal for customers, suppliers or citizens, connected to the same data. For when people outside your tenant should submit requests or view data.

  • Request and self-service portals
  • Access for external parties, without an M365 license
  • On the same data as your apps
Use cases
02

Where your own app saves work right away.

Six typical cases from the mid-market. We start where the leverage is greatest and build on your existing data.

01

Field service app

Capture photos, signature and GPS location on site, hand them over directly to SharePoint, instead of on paper.

Saving 2–4 h per week
02

Leave and approval requests

Requests, approvals and entries run in one app, instead of via forms and email ping-pong.

Saving 2–3 h per week
03

Inventory and stock

Scan and post stock by QR code, with the current level on your phone, without an Excel list.

Saving 2–4 h per week
04

QA and defect documentation

Capture inspections, defects and photos in a structured way, with clear follow-up instead of loose notes.

Saving 1–3 h per week
05

HR self-service

Employees maintain their master data, report absences and submit requests themselves, which takes load off HR.

Relief fewer queries
06

Sales documentation

Capture visit reports, proposals and notes at the appointment and file them cleanly in the CRM environment.

Saving 1–2 h per week
Next step

Interface and logic belong together.

An app is the interface, but the real leverage lies in the processes behind it. With Power Automate we connect your app to approvals, notifications and your other systems.

How we work

From process to production app.

Predictable and at a fixed price. The prototype is usually ready after about a week, the MVP runs in production after two to three weeks.

1

Process capture

We capture the workflow, clarify the data and define what the app needs to do.

2

Canvas prototype

A clickable prototype after about a week, on which you give early feedback.

3

MVP live

The first real version runs in production in your tenant after two to three weeks.

4

Iteration

We refine the app in operation based on feedback from real use.

Licensing models

Which license fits your use.

Power Apps is licensed differently depending on usage. The following models are a guide; we clarify the specific tier against your tenant.

Per app

Per app and user

  • License per application
  • Cost-effective for a single app
  • Good for clearly defined cases
Ideal for: Ideal when only a single app is needed for a defined group.
Pay-as-you-go

By actual usage

  • Billing by active users
  • No license up front
  • Good for trying things out
Ideal for: Ideal for fluctuating or infrequent usage, without fixed licenses.

Which license tier you really need is something we clarify concretely against your tenant. Clarify in the initial analysis

Frequently asked questions
03

What decision-makers often ask.

Canvas app or model-driven app — which is right for me?

A canvas app is the right choice when you need a freely designed interface for a clearly defined task — for example, mobile data capture in the field. A model-driven app is the better option as soon as processes, data relationships, and roles become more complex and the app needs to grow with your data. In practice we combine both approaches and select the appropriate type together based on your use case.

What tasks is a Power App worth building for?

A Power App is worthwhile wherever Excel spreadsheets, paper forms, or siloed solutions currently handle a specialist process. Typical cases include field-service apps with photos, signatures, and GPS; holiday and approval requests; inventory and warehouse management with QR codes; quality-control and defect documentation; HR self-service; and sales documentation. We start where the lever is greatest and build on your existing data.

Do I also need Power Automate?

Often yes, because an app is initially just the interface. The real value comes from the processes behind it — approvals, notifications, and the connection to your other systems. We implement that logic with Power Automate. Interface and logic belong together, which is why we plan both from the start.

How is Power Apps licensed?

Power Apps has several licensing models. Per User suits fixed staff members who regularly use multiple apps; Per App is cheaper when only a single application is needed for a defined group of users; and Pay-as-you-go bills based on actual usage without an upfront licence. We clarify which tier makes economic sense for you directly against your tenant.

How long does it take to have a finished app?

A clickable canvas prototype is usually ready after a short time, so you can give feedback early. The first production version — the MVP — typically runs in your tenant within a few weeks. After that we refine the app in operation based on feedback from real-world use.
