AI Consulting · AI Training in the Company

An AI training for employees that still has something left over four weeks later.

We train your workforce on Microsoft Copilot, because the tool is already available in your Microsoft 365 environment and no new software needs to be introduced. Training takes place on your own proposals, minutes, and emails, spread across short sessions over four weeks. At the end, there is a written roadmap for management.

The Problem

The off-the-shelf training day is booked, and the effect fades after two weeks.

Most AI training consists of one day of frontal teaching with plenty of examples and not a single point of contact afterward. But the first question in everyday work comes up exactly when the trainer is already gone.

  • 01The training day was full and interesting; two weeks later nobody works any differently than before.
  • 02Training was done on someone else's sample data, so afterward nobody knows how it applies to their own proposal or minutes.
  • 03Anyone who gets stuck in everyday work has no one to ask and just does it by hand again.
  • 04Management has spent money on training and cannot prove what came out of it.
How we work

How the AI training runs.

Fixed process, fixed price of 1,500 euros net, no open timesheet. The eight hours are an allowance, and after every session you get a short email with the current status.

1

Initial call, 30 minutes

We clarify whether the program fits: how much is written, documented, and researched at your company, how many employees should take part, and whether Microsoft 365 is in use. If it does not fit, we say so in the call, not in the proposal.

2

Kickoff, 90 minutes, and your exit point

The shared start for everyone who can join, remote via Teams. Afterward you decide: if you cancel, we bill nothing. If you confirm, we only then look into the tenant together with your IT; before that we do not touch your environment.

3

Four weeks of support

Three department blocks using your own material, plus four open office hours. We schedule the sessions to fit your operations, even early in the morning or after hours, and all locations take part together.

4

Roadmap for management

At the end you receive, in writing, what is now running in-house, where each department stands, and which three next steps would have the biggest impact. A document you can use to make the case internally. How things proceed from there is your decision.

Use Cases
01

What happens with your people during these four weeks.

Five building blocks, a fixed order, one price. Everything runs via Teams, so it makes no difference whether your workforce sits at one location or five.

01

Kickoff for everyone, without a participant limit

Ninety minutes remote for anyone who wants to join: what AI can actually do in everyday office work today, where it reliably gets things wrong, and what your Microsoft 365 license already covers. There is no cap and no sign-up list. Anyone who cannot make the session gets the recording.

Impact Shared level of knowledge across the whole company
02

All locations in one program

Distributed companies otherwise pay twice: once for a trainer per branch, and once for participants' travel time. Because all sessions run via Teams, accounting from location A sits in the same department block as accounting from location B. That not only saves trips, it also aligns working practices between locations.

Impact One program instead of training per branch
03

Training happens on your own material

Three department blocks of 60 minutes each, always on what the group actually has on its desk: proposals, service catalogs, meeting minutes, applications received. The difference compared to training on the tool itself is decisive: someone who sees a feature demonstrated on an example can copy it. Someone who has applied it to their own document still uses it the next day.

Savings 2–4 h per week and person on writing tasks
04

Office hours in the week it gets stuck

Four open sessions of 30 minutes each, spread across the program, with no sign-up and no justification needed. Everyone comes with a concrete case and leaves with an answer. This building block is the reason the program runs for four weeks and not one day.

Impact Help at the moment of the problem
05

Measuring usage instead of claiming it

The Microsoft 365 admin center shows how many of your licensed users are actually active, broken down by application. We read this report together with you at the start and at the end. That leaves you with a number at the end, not a satisfaction survey from the training room.

Impact Provable before-and-after value

Approaches

Why we train on Microsoft Copilot.

AI training has to take place on a tool your people are also allowed to use the following Monday. For companies with Microsoft 365, that is Copilot.

Tool
Copilot is already in-house before you train on it

Copilot sits in Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint and works within your own tenant. No software needs to be procured, approved, and re-assessed for data protection. What your license exactly covers is clarified in the tenant check.

After the training
When the same question gets asked thirty times in-house

Some knowledge gaps cannot be closed by training, because the knowledge sits in manuals, legacy systems, and people's heads. For that there is an internal knowledge assistant that answers based on your own documents. That is a separate project and not part of this program.

Limit
What even trained people cannot do faster

Recurring processes between systems stay manual work, no matter how skilled someone is with AI. These are exactly the processes that regularly end up in the roadmap at the end. They can only be handed off through automation.

Frequently Asked Questions
05

What executives ask about AI training for employees.

What does AI training for employees cost?

The Copilot Start costs 1,500 euros net as a fixed price, regardless of how many employees take part. Included are the 90-minute kickoff, the license and tenant check, three department blocks, four office hours, and the written roadmap. No travel costs apply, because the program runs remotely. The exit point comes after the kickoff: if you cancel there, you will not be billed. An on-site training day, by contrast, costs between 1,000 and 2,900 euros net depending on group size, plus travel costs and expenses.

What does an on-site AI training day cost?

The day costs 1,000 euros net for up to 4 people, 2,000 euros for up to 8, and 2,900 euros for up to 12 people. The price applies to the whole group; for twelve participants that works out to roughly 242 euros per head. Training takes place on your own documents, and we agree on the content in advance during the initial call. Travel costs and expenses are added on top, and we tell you these in advance.

Copilot Start or training day: which fits us?

That depends on where your people are located and when the questions come up. The Copilot Start spreads the time across short sessions over four weeks and keeps four open office hours free, because the decisive question often only comes up a week later when applied to one's own work. That suits distributed locations and large workforces. The training day brings a group of up to twelve people together at one table for a day and fits when a team sits in one place and wants to practice together in peace.

We have several locations in Germany. Does that work?

Yes, and it is the standard case for us. All sessions run via Teams, so your locations take part in the same blocks together without anyone traveling. For distributed companies, that is usually the more affordable route than an in-person training per branch. If your people sit in different time zones, we schedule the sessions accordingly.

How many employees is this designed for?

The program becomes worthwhile from around fifteen employees upward; there is no hard upper limit. Anyone can take part in the kickoff, since that is a video conference with no cap. For the department blocks, four to eight people is ideal, so everyone gets a turn with their own document. For larger workforces, we choose the three departments with you where the leverage is greatest.

How can we tell that the AI training actually achieved something?

By the usage report in the Microsoft 365 admin center, which shows licensed and actually active users per application. We read it together at the start and at the end, so you have one number before and one after. On top of that comes the written roadmap, stating which department now handles which tasks differently. A satisfaction survey after the seminar does not replace this, because it only measures the mood during the session.
