AI Consulting · AI Professional Development in Your Company

AI training for employees that still makes an impact four weeks later.

We train your workforce on Microsoft Copilot because the tool is already available in your Microsoft 365 environment and no new software needs to be introduced. Practice takes place with your own proposals, minutes, and emails, distributed across short sessions over four weeks. At the end, you receive a written roadmap for management.

The Problem

The training day is booked, but the impact fades after two weeks.

Most AI training programs consist of a single day of lectures with plenty of examples and no one to turn to afterward. But the first question in daily work comes right when the trainer is already gone.

  • 01The training day was full and interesting, two weeks later no one works differently than before.
  • 02Practice was on unfamiliar sample data, so afterwards no one knows how to apply it to their own proposals or minutes.
  • 03When someone gets stuck in daily work, they have no one to ask and end up doing it manually again.
  • 04Management spent money on training and cannot prove what it achieved.
How We Work

Here's how the AI training works.

Fixed process, fixed price 1,500 euros net, no open timesheet. The eight hours are a contingent, and you receive a brief email after each session with the status.

1

Initial Consultation, 20 Minutes

We clarify whether the program is a fit: how much your organization writes, documents, and researches, how many employees should participate, and whether Microsoft 365 is in use. If it's not a fit, we tell you in the conversation, not in a quote.

2

Kickoff, 90 Minutes, and Your Exit Option

The shared introduction for everyone who can attend, remote via Teams. Then you decide: if you cancel, we don't charge you anything. If you proceed, we review your tenant with your IT team afterward; we don't touch your environment beforehand.

3

Four Weeks of Support

Three department-specific sessions on your own materials, plus four open office hours. We schedule these sessions around your business operations, including early morning or after-hours options, and all locations participate together.

4

Roadmap for Management

At the end, you receive in writing what is now happening in your organization, where each department stands, and which three steps would have the most impact next. A document you can use to argue internally. You decide what comes next.

Use Cases
01

What happens to your team over these four weeks.

Five components, fixed sequence, one price. Everything runs via Teams, so it doesn't matter whether your workforce is in one location or five.

01

Kickoff for Everyone, Without Participant Limits

Ninety minutes remote for anyone who wants to join: what AI can do in daily office work today, where it reliably falls short, and what your Microsoft 365 license covers. There are no limits or sign-up lists. Anyone who can't attend the session gets the recording.

Impact Shared Knowledge Throughout the Organization
02

All Locations in One Program

Distributed operations would otherwise pay twice: once for the trainer per location, once for participant travel time. Since all sessions run via Teams, accounting from location A sits with accounting from location B in the same department session. This not only saves on travel but also aligns working methods across locations.

Impact One Program Instead of Training per Location
03

Practice on Your Own Materials

Three 60-minute department sessions, each focused on what your team actually works with: proposals, service lists, meeting minutes, job applications. The difference from tool-focused training is decisive: someone who sees a function in an example can replicate it. Someone who has applied it to their own documents will still use it the next day.

Savings 2–4 hours per week and person on writing tasks
04

Office Hours in the Week When You Need It

Four 30-minute open sessions spread across the program, no registration or justification needed. Everyone brings a specific case and leaves with an answer. This component is why the program lasts four weeks instead of one day.

05

Measure Usage Instead of Claiming It

The Microsoft 365 Admin Center shows how many of your active users are actually using the tools, broken down by application. We read this report with you at the beginning and end. That way, you have a concrete number at the end, not a satisfaction survey from the training room.

Why We Train on Microsoft Copilot.

AI training must use a tool that your people can actually use the Monday after. For organizations with Microsoft 365, that's Copilot.

Tool
Copilot Is Already in Your Organization Before You Train on It

Copilot is built into Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint and works in your own tenant. No need to purchase, approve, or re-evaluate software from a data protection perspective. We clarify exactly what your license covers during the tenant check.

After Training
When the Same Question Gets Asked Thirty Times in Your Organization

Some knowledge gaps can't be filled by training because the knowledge is in manuals, legacy systems, and people's heads. That's where an internal knowledge assistant comes in—it answers questions based on your own documents. That's a separate project and not part of this program.

Limitation
What Even Well-Trained People Can't Speed Up

Repetitive processes between systems remain manual work, no matter how good someone is with AI. These are exactly the processes that show up in the roadmap at the end. The only way to hand them off is through automation.

Not Quite the Right Fit

You're Not Sure Yet Whether Training Will Actually Solve Your Problem.

The Copilot Start assumes that Microsoft 365 is in use and your organization writes and documents extensively. If that's not the case, AI consulting first identifies where real value lies in your organization before anyone gets trained.

Frequently Asked Questions
05

What Business Leaders Ask About AI Training for Employees.

How much does AI training for employees cost?

The Copilot Start costs 1,500 euros net as a fixed price, regardless of how many employees participate. Included are the 90-minute kickoff, license and tenant check, three department sessions, four office hours, and the written roadmap. There are no travel costs because the program runs remotely. The exit point is after the kickoff: if you cancel there, you don't get charged.

Why four weeks instead of a single training day?

Because the key question doesn't come up during the seminar—it comes up a week later when working with your own materials. A single training day delivers knowledge but leaves participants on their own afterward, so little remains after two weeks. We spread the same amount of time across shorter sessions and keep four open office hours in between. This costs you less upfront in terms of operational disruption and lasts much longer.

We have multiple locations in Germany. Can you handle that?

Yes, and it's actually standard for us. All sessions run via Teams, so your locations participate together in the same blocks without anyone traveling. For distributed operations, this is usually more cost-effective than in-person training at each location. If your people are in different time zones, we schedule accordingly.

How many employees is this designed for?

The program makes sense for about fifteen employees and up—there's no hard upper limit. Everyone can attend the kickoff; it's a video conference with no cap. For the department sessions, four to eight people is ideal so everyone can work with their own documents. For larger organizations, we choose the three departments with you where the impact is greatest.

How do we know the AI training actually made a difference?

By looking at the usage report in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, which shows licensed and actually active users by application. We read this report together at the beginning and end, so you have a before-and-after number. Plus, the written roadmap details which department is now handling which tasks differently. A satisfaction survey after the seminar doesn't replace this because it only measures the mood in the room.
