AI Agents · Agent Sprint

You get an AI agent built and handed over ready to use, not as a running subscription.

In the Agent Sprint, we build a Copilot Studio agent for one use case in five days, in your Microsoft 365 environment and using your data from SharePoint or Dataverse. The price is fixed upfront: 5.000 euros net. At the end, the agent runs as a pilot in Teams, and you receive documentation and training so you can operate it yourself.

The Problem

You know where it hurts, but not who to hire to fix it.

The need is already obvious: someone in your company has been doing the same work by hand for years, and an AI agent could take it over. What is unclear is who builds it properly, what it costs, and what you actually end up with.

  • 01Offers for AI projects come as an open-ended day rate: you sign without knowing where the bill will land.
  • 02Copilot Studio is enabled in-house, but the first agent stays a trial in the test environment because no one has time to finish building it.
  • 03The worry of becoming dependent afterward: whoever built the agent is the only one who can change it.
  • 04A proof of concept runs in the demo, but no one has clarified who operates it in production, monitors it, and shuts it down if something goes wrong.
Use Cases
01

What you get when you have an AI agent built in the sprint.

The sprint has a fixed scope, and that is the only reason the price can be fixed.

01

One agent, one use case

The sprint covers one agent with one primary data source, up to two actions, one language, and Teams as the channel. More than one agent or multiple systems will not fit into five days; for that you get your own fixed-price quote.

Scope limit Clear scope before day one begins
02

Data from SharePoint or Dataverse

The agent answers from the source where your information already lives today: a SharePoint library or Dataverse tables. On top come up to two actions, such as a Power Automate flow that creates a record, or a standard connector.

Impact Answers from your own data
03

Example: Article and stock inquiries

For a medical device supplier, we built an agent in Copilot Studio that answers questions about articles and stock levels directly from Dataverse. In the end, the answer was correct for every known test case. This project is where the sprint's scope comes from: one case, one data source, one fixed test set.

Real-world case All known test cases answered correctly

What you bring

Copilot Studio needs to be usable at your company, meaning licensed or set up with Copilot Credits. We also need admin access or someone from IT who takes part, plus a subject-matter expert with about half a day of time spread across the sprint.

Requirement Copilot Studio licensed or set up with credits, plus half a day of your expert's time
05

Handover, then you run it yourself

At the end you get documentation, a test log, and a briefing for those responsible. We show you where to see Copilot Credit usage and how to tell when the agent gets something wrong. After that, you can adjust or shut it down without us.

Impact No vendor lock-in after the sprint
Approaches

What we use to build your AI agent.

The Agent Sprint runs on Copilot Studio. For agents outside Microsoft 365 or involving multiple systems, there is an individual fixed-price quote.

Agent Sprint
Copilot Studio and Power Automate

If your company runs on Microsoft 365, we build the Copilot Studio agent right where your people already work, and publish it in Teams. Anyone who wants a Copilot agent built gets it this way in five days. We clarify the licensing situation upfront so there is no surprise on the invoice afterward.

German data sovereignty
n8n, on your own server

If your data must not leave the building, we build the agent on a self-hosted n8n instance, on your own server, or in a German data center. Every step is visible as a workflow and can be traced individually. This does not run as a sprint but as its own project under the 30-day model.

Still undecided
First find out which agent even fits

If you are not yet sure which type of agent would help you most, start one level up. The overview shows which agent types exist and where they typically apply. After that, the assignment here is much easier to scope.

Licenses

Questions about licenses?

Which license does the flow, the app or the agent need, and what does it cost each month? We clarify that before anything gets built. Want all your licenses from one source? Then we help you move them to us as a Microsoft CSP partner.

How We Work

How the sprint runs.

Five days, spread over two to three weeks, remote via Teams. The price is fixed upfront: 5.000 euros net. Individual agents involving multiple systems continue to be built under the 30-day model with their own fixed price.

1

Beforehand: initial consultation, 30 minutes, free

We clarify whether your case fits the sprint, what your licensing situation looks like, and which source the agent will draw its answers from. Afterward we give you an honest yes or no on the sprint.

2

Day 1: Scoping with your subject-matter expert

We define the use case, its boundaries, and the point at which the agent hands off to a person. Together we write 15 to 25 test questions along with the correct answer. This produces a profile and a test set.

3

Days 2 and 3: Building in Copilot Studio

We build the agent in your environment: knowledge from SharePoint or Dataverse, up to two actions via a Power Automate flow or a standard connector, answers in the format your team knows. The agent then runs in the test environment.

4

Day 4: Testing and pilot in Teams

The agent has to pass the test set. Wherever it gets something wrong, we refine it, then we set the permissions and publish it in Teams for a pilot group. You receive the test log.

5

Day 5: Handover

You receive the documentation, those responsible get a briefing, and guidance on how to keep an eye on credit usage and answer quality. In the closing meeting, we clarify anything still open. From then on, you run the agent yourself.

Pricing
03

One agent, five days, one fixed price.

The sprint costs five day rates, with no markup. Whether you need support afterward is up to you to decide once it's handed over.

The Knowledge Agent Pilot

Do you need answers from documents rather than actions?

If an assistant should mainly answer from manuals, policies, and files, the Knowledge Agent Pilot is the better fit: one knowledge area, five days, fixed price. Afterward you will know whether the approach works for you.

Free Initial Consultation

What task should your first Copilot Studio agent take on?

In the free initial consultation, we clarify in 30 minutes whether your case fits the sprint, which licenses you have, and where the agent will get its data from. If not, we say so openly and point you to the alternative.

  • 5.000 euros net fixed price for five days
  • The agent runs in your Microsoft 365 tenant
  • An honest no if the sprint does not fit
Frequently Asked Questions
05

What decision-makers often ask before the Agent Sprint.

What does it cost to have an AI agent built?

The Agent Sprint costs 5.000 euros net for five days, as a fixed price with no markups. That covers scoping, building in Copilot Studio, testing, the pilot in Teams, and handover. You pay licenses and Copilot Credits separately to Microsoft, and for on-site appointments travel costs and expenses are added. Agents involving multiple systems or custom interfaces get an individual fixed-price quote.

What is not included in the sprint?

Not included are licenses and Copilot Credits, premium licenses for connectors, custom interfaces to systems without a standard connector, and operation after handover. You buy Copilot Credits from Microsoft either as a prepaid allowance or pay for them on a usage basis through an Azure subscription (source: https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoft-copilot-studio/billing-licensing, checked on 27.09.2026). If you need more than one agent or multiple systems, we give you a separate fixed-price quote.

How long does it take until the AI agent is productive?

The sprint takes five working days, spread over two to three weeks. After the fourth day, the agent runs as a pilot in Teams; on the fifth we hand it over. In between, your subject-matter expert has time to check test questions and try out answers in daily use. Individual agents without a sprint limit are typically productive after 30 days.

What do we need to contribute ourselves so you can build the agent?

A subject-matter expert who knows the process and has about half a day of time spread across the sprint, plus admin access or someone from IT who takes part. Copilot Studio also needs to be usable at your company, meaning licensed or set up with Copilot Credits. We clarify which license you have or still need in the initial consultation.

Does the agent belong to us afterward, or are we dependent on NordFlux?

The agent runs in your environment, and you get the access credentials for it. At handover, you receive documentation of the setup and a briefing so your people can make changes themselves or shut the agent down. You can book maintenance and further development with us, but you retain control and are not dependent on it.

When is a custom AI agent worth it instead of an off-the-shelf tool?

An off-the-shelf tool is worthwhile when your process matches the standard it was built for. If the agent needs to access your own data in SharePoint or Dataverse, know your approval rules, or decide cases that only exist at your company, standard products reach their limit. The sprint is built for such cases. In the initial consultation, we tell you honestly whether your case fits the sprint or whether a standard tool is the more affordable answer.

Is the Agent Sprint eligible for funding?

The sprint alone is not funded, but as part of a larger AI initiative in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern it can be. The AI funding program MV has a minimum threshold of 15.000 euros in expenses, or 20.000 euros for companies with more than 50 employees, and only funds consulting as a supporting service within a project involving hardware or software (source: https://www.tbi-mv.de/informationen.html, as of September 2026). If you plan an agent together with integration and training for multipliers, the project may qualify. You must submit the application before starting in any case.
