AI Agents · Custom Development

You have an AI agent built and get it handed over ready to use, not as an ongoing subscription.

We don't build an off-the-shelf agent, but one for your specific bottleneck: connected to your systems, bound by your approval rules, operated in your environment. In return you get a fixed price, a fixed delivery date, and at the end access credentials, documentation, and a handover briefing. No open-ended timesheet, no black box.

The problem

You know where it hurts, but not who to hire to fix it.

The need has long been clear: someone in the business has been doing the same manual work for years, and an AI agent could take it over. What's unclear is who builds this properly, what it costs, and what you actually end up with.

  • 01Quotes for AI projects come as an open-ended day rate: you sign without knowing where the bill will land.
  • 02Providers talk about models and frameworks, but no one tells you which work will actually disappear in the end.
  • 03The worry of becoming dependent afterward: whoever built the agent is the only one who can change it.
  • 04A proof of concept runs in the demo, but no one has clarified who will operate it in production, monitor it, and shut it down if something goes wrong.
Use cases
01

What you get when you have an AI agent built with us.

Not a prototype and an invoice, but an agent that works in your business, and everything you need to keep running it yourselves.

01

One agent for exactly one bottleneck

We don't build the agent for everything, but for the one process that costs you the most time: sorting the inbox, preparing quotes, checking requests. The scope is defined in the initial analysis and then set out in writing in the proposal.

Impact Clear scope of delivery instead of a vague goal description
02

Connection to your systems

An agent without access to your data is just a chat window. We connect it to what you already use: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, inventory management, DATEV interfaces. Where no official interface exists, we honestly assess whether the effort is worth it.

Impact Agent works within your systems, not alongside them
03

Approval rules and escalation

You define what the agent may decide on its own and where a human must approve. Invoices above a threshold, customer commitments, anything legal: such cases go out as a draft for approval, not directly. If the agent gets stuck, it says so and hands over.

Impact Control stays with your team
04

Log for every transaction

Every step the agent takes is logged: what data it read, what it decided, and what it triggered. You can trace every single transaction instead of just having to trust a model. You'll need this at the latest when a customer or an audit asks.

Impact Traceable down to the individual transaction
05

Handover, access, briefing

At the end you get access credentials to the environment, documentation of the setup, and a briefing for the people who will look after the agent going forward. Anyone who wants to adjust or shut down the agent can do so without us. You book operation and maintenance with us if you want to, not because you have to.

Impact No vendor lock-in after the project
Solution paths

What we build your AI agent with.

Which foundation we choose is decided by your case, not by a partner program. In practice, most projects come down to one of these three paths.

German data sovereignty
n8n, on your own server

If your data must not leave the building, we build the agent on a self-hosted n8n instance, on your server, or in a German data center. Every step is visible as a workflow and traceable individually. This is the usual path when personnel data, customer data, or contracts are involved.

Microsoft environment
Copilot Studio and Power Automate

If your business already runs on Microsoft 365, we build the agent where your people already work: in Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. We clarify licensing and data flow beforehand, so there's no surprise on the invoice afterward.

Still undecided
First see which agent even fits

If you don't yet know which type of agent would benefit you most, start a level higher. The overview shows which agent types exist and where they typically apply. After that, the assignment here is much easier to scope.

How we work

The 30-day model.

From the first description to a productive agent in 30 days, at a fixed price. The price is set out in the proposal before we build the first line.

1

Initial analysis, 60 minutes, free

You describe the process that eats up time. We tell you honestly whether an AI agent is right for this, whether simple automation is enough, or whether it's not worth the effort.

2

Fixed-price proposal with scope of delivery

You get it in writing: what the agent should be able to do, which systems it will be connected to, and what it costs. A fixed sum, not an open-ended day rate.

3

Build and test with real cases

We build the agent and test it on real transactions from your daily business, not on sample data. You see interim results and can make adjustments before anything goes live.

4

Handover and operation

The agent goes live, your team gets access credentials, documentation, and a briefing. You keep control: you can book maintenance and operation with us, but you're not dependent on it.

No clear assignment yet

You're not yet sure whether an agent is the right answer.

If it still needs to be clarified within the business where AI actually helps and where it just creates extra work, commissioning a project is premature. In that case, start with AI consulting: we look at your processes before anything gets built.

Free initial analysis

Which task should your first AI agent take on?

In the free initial analysis, we spend 60 minutes going through the process that costs you the most time, and tell you whether and how an agent can be built for it. No obligation, and if it's not worth it, we'll tell you that too.

  • Fixed price and fixed delivery date before we start
  • Access credentials and documentation belong to you after handover
  • An honest no if an agent wouldn't help your business
Frequently asked questions
05

What decision-makers often ask before commissioning.

What does it cost to have an AI agent built?

The price depends on how many systems are connected and how many decisions the agent needs to make. NordFlux works at a fixed price: after the free initial analysis, you get a proposal with a fixed sum and a clear scope of delivery, not an open-ended day rate. We quote ongoing costs for hosting and model usage separately in advance, so you know both sides of the bill.

How long does it take until the AI agent works productively?

The first agent is typically productive after 30 days. This includes scoping, building, testing on real transactions, and handover to your team. It only takes longer if an interface in your system first needs to be created: we'll tell you that during the initial analysis, not only afterward.

What do we need to contribute ourselves so you can build the agent?

Three things: a person who truly knows the process, access to the affected systems, and approval for which data the agent may see. Expect to spend a few hours of your time spread across the 30 days, mainly for coordination and testing. We take care of everything else.

Does the agent belong to us afterward, or are we dependent on NordFlux?

The agent runs in your environment, and you get the access credentials for it. At handover, you receive documentation of the setup and a briefing, so your people can make changes themselves or shut the agent down. You can book maintenance and further development with us, but you retain control and are not dependent on it.

When is a custom AI agent worth it instead of an off-the-shelf tool?

An off-the-shelf tool is worth it when your process matches the standard it was built for. As soon as the agent needs to access your own systems, know your approval rules, or decide cases that only exist at your business, standard products reach their limit. During the initial analysis, we tell you openly if a standard tool is the cheaper answer for you.
