Ja, dann übernimmt ein Software-Roboter die Übertragung auf der Programmoberfläche. Er meldet sich an, liest Daten aus und trägt sie im Zielsystem ein, genau wie ein Mensch, nur ohne Tippfehler und nachts um drei. Jeder Schritt wird protokolliert, damit Sie nachvollziehen können, was übertragen wurde.
Müssen wir dafür unser ERP oder CRM wechseln?
Nein, die vorhandenen Systeme bleiben. Wir bauen die Verbindung zwischen dem, was Sie heute nutzen, statt Ihnen ein neues Gesamtsystem zu verkaufen. Ein Systemwechsel lohnt sich nur in Ausnahmefällen, und wenn wir so einen sehen, sagen wir das ehrlich.
Was kostet es, zwei Systeme zu verbinden?
Was eine Systemverbindung kostet, hängt vor allem davon ab, ob beide Systeme eine API haben und wie viele Datenarten synchron laufen sollen. Wie lange dauert es, bis die Systeme verbunden sind?
