Automation · Interface Integration

Your systems stay, the interface makes duplicate data entry disappear.

NordFlux connects ERP, CRM, web shop and accounting via API or webhook. Where no interface exists, a software robot takes over the transfer at the user interface. No system switch, no new program for your team.

The problem

Isolated solutions: plenty of good systems that don't talk to each other.

ERP, CRM, web shop, accounting, industry software: individually everything works. But between the programs sit people retyping data.

  • 01The same customer data is maintained three times: in the CRM, in the ERP and in the invoicing program.
  • 02Web shop orders are transferred by hand into the inventory management system, day after day.
  • 03Excel exports and CSV files serve as a bridge between systems, version chaos included.
  • 04Master data drifts apart and no one knows anymore which version is actually correct.
Use cases
01

Avoid duplicate data entry: these are the connections we build.

Five connections that mid-sized companies need again and again. Your combination looks different? That is exactly what the initial analysis is for.

01

Web shop to inventory management

Orders land automatically in the ERP, stock levels and prices flow back into the shop. No manual transfer, no items sold that are no longer in stock.

Savings 3–6 h per week
02

CRM to accounting

The won quote in the CRM becomes the invoice in accounting, without anyone retyping address and line items. The payment status flows back into the CRM, and sales sees open items immediately.

Impact No transfer errors
03

Connect industry software without an API

Many industry solutions simply have no interface. Then a software robot operates the user interface like a human: it reads out data, types it into the target system and logs every step.

Impact Legacy system stays usable
04

Master data sync with a leading system

One system becomes the leading source for customer and article data, all others are updated automatically. You maintain changes once, not three times.

Impact One data state for everyone
05

Forward events via webhook

A new order, a signed contract or a complaint automatically triggers the next steps: create the order, inform the team, file the documents. Nothing gets left lying around because no one checked.

Savings Response in minutes instead of days
Solution paths

API integration for mid-sized companies: three paths, one goal.

Which tool provides the glue depends on your system landscape. We commit only after the analysis, not before.

API & webhooks
n8n

Connects systems through their interfaces and reacts to events in real time. Runs on German servers if you wish, so your data stays with you.

Microsoft world
Power Automate

The obvious choice if you work with Microsoft 365. Connects Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and your ERP through hundreds of ready-made connectors, often without extra licenses.

Without an interface
UiPath

When a system offers no API, a UiPath robot operates the user interface: log in, read out, enter, log. This keeps even older industry solutions connected.

How we work

The 30-day model.

From the first analysis to a running connection in 30 days, at a fixed price instead of an open timesheet.

1

Initial analysis

60 minutes, free and without obligation. We look at your system landscape and clarify where data is maintained twice and which interfaces are available.

2

Concept and fixed price

You get a concrete proposal: which systems we connect and how, which system leads the data and what it costs. Only when that fits do we get started.

3

Implementation and testing

We build the connection and test it with your real data in parallel operation. Your team keeps working normally in the meantime.

4

Handover and operation

You receive documentation and monitoring that alerts you when a transfer stalls. You keep control, entirely without us if you wish.

More than data glue

Connected systems are the beginning, not the end.

Once the data flows, entire processes can be automated: invoice processing, quote creation, onboarding. Our overview of process automation shows what that looks like.

Free initial analysis

How many hours does your team spend entering data twice each week?

In the free initial analysis we work it out together: 60 minutes, no obligation. Afterwards you see in black and white which connection pays off first.

  • Fixed price instead of an open timesheet
  • Your systems stay just as they are
  • Operation on German servers possible
Frequently asked questions
05

What companies often ask about interface integration.

Our industry software has no interface. Is it possible anyway?

Yes, in that case a software robot takes over the transfer on the program's user interface. It logs in, reads out data and enters it in the target system, just like a human, only without typos and at three in the morning. Every step is logged so you can trace what was transferred.

Do we have to switch our ERP or CRM for this?

No, the existing systems stay. We build the connection between what you use today instead of selling you a whole new system. Switching systems is only worthwhile in exceptional cases, and if we see one, we say so honestly.

What does it cost to connect two systems?

What a system connection costs depends mainly on whether both systems have an API and how many data types need to run in sync. After the free initial analysis, you receive a fixed price, not an open-ended timesheet. A single connection with a clean interface is implemented significantly faster than a robot solution for a legacy system, and that is reflected in the price.

Where does our data pass through with such an integration?

On request, exclusively via servers in Germany, for example with a self-hosted n8n instance. Your data then travels directly from system to system, without a detour via US cloud services. Which variant fits your data protection requirements, we clarify in the initial analysis.

How long does it take until the systems are connected?

We implement typical connections in two to four weeks; the entire project runs according to our 30-day model. This includes a parallel run with your real data before the connection goes live. Complex landscapes with multiple legacy systems take longer, but we tell you that before the start, not in the middle of it.
