Unsere Branchensoftware hat keine Schnittstelle. Geht das trotzdem?

Ja, dann übernimmt ein Software-Roboter die Übertragung auf der Programmoberfläche. Er meldet sich an, liest Daten aus und trägt sie im Zielsystem ein, genau wie ein Mensch, nur ohne Tippfehler und nachts um drei. Jeder Schritt wird protokolliert, damit Sie nachvollziehen können, was übertragen wurde.

Müssen wir dafür unser ERP oder CRM wechseln?

Nein, die vorhandenen Systeme bleiben. Wir bauen die Verbindung zwischen dem, was Sie heute nutzen, statt Ihnen ein neues Gesamtsystem zu verkaufen. Ein Systemwechsel lohnt sich nur in Ausnahmefällen, und wenn wir so einen sehen, sagen wir das ehrlich.

Was kostet es, zwei Systeme zu verbinden?

Was eine Systemverbindung kostet, hängt vor allem davon ab, ob beide Systeme eine API haben und wie viele Datenarten synchron laufen sollen. Nach der kostenlosen Erstanalyse bekommen Sie einen Festpreis, keinen offenen Stundenzettel. Eine einzelne Anbindung mit sauberer Schnittstelle ist deutlich schneller umgesetzt als eine Roboter-Lösung für ein Altsystem, und das spiegelt sich im Preis.

Wo laufen unsere Daten bei so einer Integration durch?

Auf Wunsch ausschließlich über Server in Deutschland, zum Beispiel mit einer selbst gehosteten n8n-Instanz. Ihre Daten wandern dann direkt von System zu System, ohne Umweg über US-Clouddienste. Welche Variante zu Ihren Datenschutzanforderungen passt, klären wir in der Erstanalyse.

Wie lange dauert es, bis die Systeme verbunden sind?

Typische Anbindungen setzen wir in zwei bis vier Wochen um, das gesamte Projekt läuft nach unserem 30-Tage-Modell. Dazu gehört ein Parallelbetrieb mit Ihren echten Daten, bevor die Verbindung produktiv geht. Komplexe Landschaften mit mehreren Altsystemen brauchen länger, das sagen wir Ihnen aber vor dem Start und nicht mittendrin.
