AI Consulting · AI Support

You're excited about AI. I keep it simple.

AI Sparring is for AI managers and AI officers who are expected to introduce AI in their company after their training. Every month you get one or two days with me, split however suits you into individual sessions, and reach me in between by Teams or email. Bring the questions the course didn't cover: licenses, permissions, which agent for what.

The problem

After the training, you're often left alone with AI.

The course covered prompts and the legal framework. Back at the company, every question lands on your desk, and there's no one in-house to talk a decision through with beforehand.

  • 01Licenses and credits are a tangle. Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform: who needs which license and how many credits an agent uses in daily operation isn't written down anywhere in one place.
  • 02Permissions and data protection slow down every pilot. IT wants to know which SharePoint sites the agent can access, data protection asks for the legal basis, and everything stalls in the meantime.
  • 03Agent, flow, or chat: no one tells you what fits where. There are three ways to do the same task, and every vendor recommends the one it sells.
  • 04Management wants to see results. The training is paid for, and now everyone's asking for the first use case that actually saves time day to day.
Use cases
01

What we talk about in the sparring.

You decide the topics. These six come up again and again with AI leads, each with an example from my projects.

01

Prioritizing use cases

An AI strategy on slides helps little as long as it's unclear which use case comes first. We sort your list by benefit and feasibility and cut what only sounds good. For a fire protection company, the plausibility check on travel expenses ended up on top: fixed rules, recurring every month.

Impact A first candidate instead of a list of ideas
02

Building agents together

We build in your environment, you hold the mouse. That's how a medical device supplier ended up with an agent in Copilot Studio that answers article and stock queries from Dataverse. We tested it with the questions actually asked in daily work.

Impact You can maintain the agent yourself afterward
03

AI governance and usage policy

Who may use which tool with which data, who approves a new agent, and how do you document AI competence under Article 4 of the AI Act? The policy should fit on two pages so it actually gets read. Approval paths are nothing new here: for the invoice workflow on SharePoint for a social services provider, who approves what was part of it from the start.

Impact Rules that land with the team
04

Licensing decisions

Copilot for everyone, for some, or not yet at all? Is Copilot Studio enough, or does the case need Power Automate with premium connectors? For a large corporation, we built a canvas app on SharePoint, and the question of which license was needed for whom came up as one of the first.

Impact Buy licenses only once the case is settled
05

Building AI champions in the team

You can't carry AI through the whole company alone. We work out who in which department is interested and what they need to be able to do. In my hands-on workshops, for example in the format of an innovation hub, everyone works with the software they also use in daily operations.

Impact Points of contact within the departments
06

Reviewing external providers' proposals

If a proposal for an agent or a Copilot rollout is on the table, we read it together: what's included, what's missing, what license costs come on top? A small test before the big contract often helps, like the proof of concept with Power Apps I built for a publisher.

Impact A second opinion before signing
Tools

What we work with in the sparring.

The focus is on Microsoft 365. Where another tool fits better, I'll say so.

Agents
Copilot Studio

In Copilot Studio, we build agents in the sparring with knowledge from SharePoint, actions via Power Automate, and publishing in Teams. If you'd rather hand off the whole build, we take that on as a project too.

Microsoft 365
Microsoft Copilot in daily use

Before your own agents arrive, Copilot in Outlook, Word, and Teams should have become part of daily work. How to plan the rollout and how to tell whether it's working is often something we clarify in the first session already.

Without Microsoft
n8n

If your company doesn't run on Microsoft 365 or data needs to stay on your own server, n8n is often the better path. The questions in the sparring stay the same, only the tool changes.

How we work

How a sparring month runs.

You pay a fixed amount, €1,000 or €2,000 net per month. How you spread the hours is up to you.

1

Kickoff with your goals

In the first session, we define what should be achieved by the end of the month, for example a licensing decision, an agent in testing, or a policy in draft. That's what we measure the month against.

2

Fixed sessions, freely split

One hour every week or two half-days in a row, both work. We work via Teams with a shared screen or on-site with you.

3

Reachable between sessions

You send me quick questions via Teams or email instead of waiting a week for the next session. Many questions can be answered in three sentences, no session needed for that.

4

Monthly note with status and next steps

At the end of the month you get a short note: what's done, what's open, and what's next. You can pass it straight on to your management.

03

For your team

You don't want to stay the only person with AI knowledge.

AI Sparring supports one person. In the AI Champions program, we prepare four to twelve colleagues over three sessions to build their own use cases and carry that knowledge into their departments.

Free intro call

Which AI question is on top of your list right now?

In the free intro call, we clarify in 30 minutes where you stand and whether a sparring month will move you forward. It's non-binding, and if a single consulting day is enough, I'll tell you so.

Frequently asked questions
05

What AI managers often ask before the sparring.

Was kostet KI-Sparring?

Was passiert mit ungenutzten Stunden?
