No. The analysis isn't tied to any tool: we assess the process first and only afterward evaluate whether Copilot Studio, Power Automate, n8n, or no AI at all fits best. It's best to buy licenses only once it's clear what will be built.
Not through BAFA consulting grants: NordFlux is currently not listed as a consulting firm for that, so the full day rate applies. For training, it can look different. If your company is based in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the Bildungsscheck MV could be an option: it covers up to 50 percent of the costs, a maximum of €3,000, and your company applies for it before the training starts. Check with the GSA in advance whether it applies in your case.
That's up to you. With the documents from the analysis, you can request a fixed-price quote from us for the first agent, or have it built by another provider.
