Workplan.Digital is a software solution for digital time tracking, developed in Lübeck and hosted in Germany. Since the 2022 ruling of the German Federal Labour Court, every employer has to document start, end and breaks in full. In many companies, this is still done with Excel lists and handwritten timesheets.
Workplan is built for exactly these companies: dental and physiotherapy practices, care services, skilled trades, hospitality, retail and offices, typically from around five up to about twenty employees.
What sets the software apart is that it does without a roll-out project: create an account, add your employees, done. Usually in under 15 minutes and without any training. The data is stored in German data centres, every subsequent correction is logged with a timestamp and the editor's name, and on the phone you reach people in Lübeck instead of a ticketing system.
