Why Copilot stays unused

Copilot is often handed out as a licence and then left to its own devices. Without proper onboarding, your team doesn't know what they really need it for day to day, and after a couple of attempts they fall back into old habits. The problem is rarely the tool itself, but the missing start.

Day to day, Copilot takes on small, recurring tasks: summarising long email threads, drafting text, taking meeting minutes, and searching specifically through documents and spreadsheets.
