At Dräger I was responsible for automation at enterprise scale, with everything that comes with it: governance, scaling, real accountability. At some point it became clear that exactly this depth was missing where it makes the biggest difference: in the Mittelstand.
With NordFlux I translate enterprise methodology into the reality of small and mid-sized businesses: without overhead, with fixed prices and one person who stays reachable all the way into live operation. Founded NordFlux UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Wismar, at first alongside my employment at Dräger.
Self-employed full-time since March 2026. Process automation, responsible AI enablement and GEO/SEO, so that SMEs turn the tools they already have into tangible impact: fixed deliverables, measurable KPIs, SLA operation on request.
Since July 2026 I head the Wismar department of the founder network Gründungswerft. With it I actively represent my company’s home base of Wismar and connect NordFlux even more closely with the regional founder scene.
