Region · Copilot in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

Copilot implementation for mid-market companies in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern without anyone losing an entire day.

The license is paid for, the button is visible in Word and Outlook, yet nothing changes in daily work. Copilot Start spreads implementation over four weeks instead of a single training day, with short sessions using your real documents. At the end you have a written roadmap.

The problem

You can't stop your business for a training day.

In a business with fifteen or eighty people, never everyone is available at the same time. That's exactly why typical Copilot training fails, and nothing happens afterward.

  • 01Proposals, minutes, and form letters continue to be created by hand, even though Copilot is already visible in Word and Outlook.
  • 02A single joint training day fails in practice: construction sites, shift work, customer appointments, vacation.
  • 03Those who tried it alone got weak answers and gave up because no one was there to answer their follow-up questions.
  • 04No one in-house can say for sure what features your existing Microsoft 365 license actually covers.
How we work

This is how Copilot Start works.

Fixed process, fixed price 1,500 euros net, no open timesheets. The eight hours are a budget: after each meeting you get a status update by email and always know what's still open. You can exit after the launch; until then you won't be billed.

1

Initial consultation, 20 minutes

We clarify whether the program fits your business: how you work, where a lot of writing and documentation happens, and whether Microsoft 365 is in use. No technology audit; the tenant check in the program handles that. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so.

2

Launch, 90 minutes

The joint kickoff for everyone who can attend, with a recording for the rest. On-site at your location if you prefer. Afterward you decide whether to continue: if you decline, we won't bill you. If you proceed, we check your tenant with your IT afterward.

3

Four weeks of guidance

Three department blocks working with your real documents, plus four open office hours. Schedule meetings according to your business operations, mostly via Teams.

4

Roadmap and handover

You receive in writing what can be done immediately and where the biggest opportunities lie. How to proceed is your decision. You stay in control.

Use cases
01

What happens concretely over the four weeks.

Five building blocks, set sequence, set price. We schedule meetings according to your business operations, even early morning or after hours.

01

Launch, on-site by request

Ninety minutes for everyone who can attend: what Copilot can do, what he can't do, and what your license unlocks. Those in attendance get the recording. The launch runs via Teams or at your site, however you prefer. We're based in Wismar and can reach you in less than an hour in West Mecklenburg; anywhere in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern by arrangement.

Impact Everyone on the same page, including those absent
02

License and tenant check with your IT

The first step after you sign on. We check together what you actually licensed, what's activated, and what's missing. You get the result in writing. For many businesses this is the most surprising hour of the program, because they're waiting for features that are already included.

Impact Clarity on license scope
03

Three department blocks with your real documents

One hour each with four to eight people, working with your proposals, minutes, invoices, and job postings. Not with sample data, because sample data is never the problem. Each session ends with everyone solving their own task.

Savings 2–4 hours per week per person for writing work
04

Open office hours throughout the duration

Four sessions spread across the four weeks. Everyone comes with a concrete problem and leaves with a solution, no registration and no justification needed. This is the building block that determines success or failure, because the problem never comes up in a seminar.

Impact Help when you need it
05

The roadmap at conclusion

At the end you get in writing what can be done immediately in your business, what needs setup, and where the most time savings are. Plus a closing meeting with management. With that you can decide the next step or consciously let it rest.

Impact Written foundation instead of gut feeling
Solution paths

When Copilot alone isn't enough.

Copilot Start is the entry point. If the roadmap shows bigger opportunities, there are separate paths for those, and you decide whether to take them.

Microsoft 365
Copilot where you already work

Copilot sits in Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. What he can deliver depends less on the tool than on your data and permissions. We look at both in the tenant check.

Knowledge assistant
When the same questions get answered anew every day

If your knowledge is stored in SharePoint, handbooks, and mailboxes, an internal knowledge assistant answers recurring questions from your own documents. This is a separate project, not part of Copilot Start.

Automation
Processes Copilot doesn't take off your plate

Copilot helps with writing and searching. He doesn't take on recurring workflows between systems. Those are usually what shows up in the roadmap, and we build automations for them in the Microsoft 365 environment.

Not quite right

You don't yet know if AI is the right lever for your business.

Then Copilot Start is the wrong entry point, because it assumes an existing Microsoft 365 environment. AI consulting instead figures out where AI actually creates value for you and where it doesn't.

Introductory conversation

Is anyone actually using your Copilot licenses?

In a 20-minute initial conversation we clarify whether Copilot Start fits your business and when a start is realistic. No obligation, and if it doesn't fit, we'll tell you that.

  • On-site from Wismar within an hour in West Mecklenburg
  • 1,500 euros fixed price instead of an open timesheet
  • Exit free of charge after the launch
Frequently asked questions
05

What businesses in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern ask before starting.

What does a Copilot implementation cost at NordFlux?

Copilot Start costs 1,500 euros net as a fixed price for four weeks. This includes the launch on-site, license and tenant check, three department blocks, four office hours, and the written roadmap. There's no travel surcharge in the region and no follow-up contracts. Your exit point is after the launch: if you decline there, you won't be billed.

Which Microsoft license do we need for Copilot?

That depends on your specific Microsoft 365 contract, and licensing models change regularly. That's why we don't guess; instead we look together with your IT in the tenant check to see what you actually licensed and what's activated. Only then can we seriously answer whether you need to add something. If it turns out you do need to add licenses, you can get them from us or stay with your current partner.

Can we get Copilot licenses from you?

Yes. As a Microsoft partner, we can provide you with Microsoft 365 and Copilot licenses if you'd like. You don't have to though: the program works just as well if your licenses come from your current partner or directly from Microsoft. Regardless, we clarify open questions about scope, allocation, and costs of your existing licenses in the license and tenant check.

How much time will this cost us during operations?

Around eight hours total over four weeks, spread across sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each. No one needs to take a full day off, and not everyone has to be present at every session. Times fit your business schedule, even before core hours or after work.

Does this make sense for a small business?

It makes sense from about fifteen employees on. Below that, the effort of separate department blocks rarely pays off; a single consultant day is the better approach. More important than size is whether your business does a lot of writing, documentation, and research. If neither fits, we'll say so in the introductory call.

What happens to our data during the implementation?

We work in your own Microsoft 365 tenant, with your data and under your policies. Documents are never copied to external systems and no data is processed outside your environment. A draft internal AI policy is included in the program so your organization can set what's permitted.

Who from our team should participate?

Everyone can join the launch; it's a video conference with no limit. Four to eight people are ideal for the department blocks, preferably those who write, document, or research daily. Management doesn't have to attend, but should participate in the closing call to discuss the roadmap.

We have multiple locations. Does that still work?

Yes, and it's actually easier than in-person training. The sessions run via Teams so you can connect all locations without anyone traveling. The launch can also be remote if your locations are far apart.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within two to three weeks after the introductory call. We work with at most three businesses at once so the office hours stay as they should be and don't become a waiting line. If there's no space right now, we'll give you a specific date.

What happens after the four weeks?

Nothing automatically. There's no renewal, no cancellation notice, and no follow-up contract. The roadmap shows what would make sense next, such as automation for a recurring process. Whether you do that with us, internally, or at all is your decision.

What's the difference from a regular Copilot training?

A training teaches the tool using sample data and is done after a day. We work for four weeks on your actual proposals, minutes, and invoices and we're available when things get stuck in daily work. That's the point where most implementations otherwise fail, because the real problem comes up after the training.
